I tried hypnosis about a year ago…had no effect on my smoking habits. I recently started taking Chantix, haven’t smoked in 2 weeks. Definitely worth the money. Good Luck to you
I tried hypnosis, I quit for three months. I felt it worked. I had to go twice, 9 hours, $900.00. He said to call anytime if I needed more and he could reset me on the phone for nothing. I never called, I’m still smoking. I knew a couple that went to the same guy and they quit forever, they forgot they smoked for 3 months so I think at 3 months you have to be careful to stay strong. Talked to others too that it didn’t work for. It wasn’t the same for me, I remembered I was a smoker but with some relaxing breathing techniques I could overcome the urge and forget. It’s actually good therapy whenever something gets overwhelming to close your eyes and take deep breathes in the nose out of the mouth and imagine a happy place.
Good luck!!
